Desconfia d'un grec que t'ofereixi un regal, i d'un espanyol que n'accepti un de teu
Catalunya, i més concretament Barcelona, devant la manca d'un estat que l'acaroni sembla condemnada a esperar grans patums per poder posar el país al dia.
Per exemple, al 1992 vam tenir la excusa dels Jocs Olímpics per fer dissabte als trens i, des de llavors, amb prou feines n'ha arrivat prou pressupost pel manteniment del que hi havia i ni parlem ja per poder-ne crèixer al ritme de la demanda dels usuaris.
Ens ha tocat suar sang per aconseguir que, ja que una RENFE centralitzada no ens dona el servei que necessitem, doncs ja la farem anar nosaltres. I la suamenta no ha estat només contra un govern resistent a perdre un altre bocí de poder, sino el indefectible ruixat d'insults i cal•lúmnies i insults des de la Caverna Mediàtica centralista per insolidaris i d'altres terribles crims i mortals pecats. Joan Clos, encara alcalde de Barcelona, va haver d'aguantar ser la riota dels assistents a una conferència que va fer a Madrid quan va parlar de l'absurd de que les RODALIES de RENFE fossin controlades des de i només des de Madrid.
Doncs no seria pas una fotesa tan gran si, mesos i mesos després, el govern espanyol ha hagut d'avaixar-se del burro fer justament el que des d'aquí denanem. Però vés per on que, no fós que s'ens sentissin discriminats, van i els hi ofereixen EL MATEIX i GRATIS a les altres 16 Comunitats Autònomes que ho demanin. I que ara no em digui ningú que jo demano que la resta de comunitats n'hagin de pagar res ni, de fet, hagin de passar pel mateix calvari diplomàtic i mediàtic que nosaltres.
No vull pels altres altra cosa que el que vull pels meus ni tampoc vull que el altres n'hagin de patir el que els meus tinguin la desgràcia de patir.
Però tampoc és just que el passa actualment. És el que alguns anomenen "harmonització autonòmica" o el clàssic "café para todos". Que jo recordi va començar amb la pròpia creació de l'Estat Autonòmic. Vinga Catalunya i Euskadi a suar sang per a recuperar l'autogovern arrabassat per Franco i, no fós que ningú se sentís discriminat (tot confonent dret per privilegi) s'inventen la Espanya de les 17 autonomies on dissoldren's. Mitja Espanya buscant sota les pedres algú que s'inventi més de 10 himnes i banderes per unes entitats territorials sortides del no-res.
De llavors fins ara, sempre que des de Catalunya s'ha lluitat per un bocí del que en pertoca ens venen sempre amb la cantarel.la de "antes hemos de hablarlo con los otros 16". I no és res estrany sentir al senat, a cada cimera de presidents autonòmics, "pues resulta que ahora tengo n-mil euros de más para sanidad. Habrá que buscar en qué gastarlos" i podeu estar ben segurs que no és pas un català qui ho diu, que aquí fem mans i mànigues per que la nostra sanitat pública pugui soreviure i la llista de necessitats pendents és ben llarga.
Considero doncs que les altres autonomies porten tres bones dècades rebent regals gràcies als esforços dels catalans (d'acord és l'Estat Espanyol qui otorga aquestos regals, però sense el nostre esforç allò a regalar no existiria). I tot sense cap mostra d'agraïment. I és que ja ni demano que ens vagin petonejant els peus pels carrers d'Espanya ni que els catalans hol tinguem tot pagat, com deia Pujols.
Però sí demanaria que al menys ens deixessin fer, sigui en callat agraïment per lo rebut o en espera a lo que estigui per vindre.
I és que quan a algú se li fan masses regals acava prenen't-s'ho com un subsidi obligatori i permanent.
PD: i que ara ningú em vingui amb la capullada de que si tant malament anem de pasta millor que tanquem TV3. Primer per que TV3 és una necessitat pels catalans com a cultura (com masses altres quan tens un estat en contra teva) i, segón, que posats a tancar que tanquin TVE que és encara MOLT MES cara i no hi ha cap mancança de televisions en espanyol.

As many other people supporting the Independence of Catalonia you are extremely biassed and anything but objective. From your words, it seems that only Catalonia has been grateful with other parts of Spain and also that with Franco, the situation was extremely discriminating against Catalonia.
The truth is that Catalonia did not have a solid, independent goverment before the Spanish Civil War and second is that ALL Spain suffered the consequences of Franco. In my opinion, some areas much more than Catalonia, not from the cultural point of view but from the economic point of view. One example: Andalucia. Franco enhanced the power of the very few owners of much of the land making impossible any reform and making impossible any significant update of its economy.
In any reasonable Country, the richest provide more money to the Central Government. California does in USA and Baviera does in Germany.
It is like the rest of Spain is just full of parasites living at the expense of Catalans. Give me a break!!! Withouth the cheap manpower from all over Spain, Catalonia could not have been able to develop so fast and being so affluent. Please stop manipulating the reality.
About TV3. You are right that is important for Catalonia but there is not justification for wasting money in supporting a single football club (Barca). TV3 should support all Catalan teams and all the sports since it is a public television. TV3 sucks !!! [By the way, TVE as well]

Hola de nou txetxe.
Si et sembla que he dit que només Catalunya aporta a l'Estat t'equivoques de mig a mig. De fet ni tan sols he parlat de temes econòmics ni de la repressió franquista dintre o fora de Catalunya ni ho faré en aquesta resposta per no allargar-me massa.
Que la restaurada Generalitat de Catalunya dels anys 30 no fós prou sòlida no té res a veure. El fet és que va existir i la continuïtat de llur govern a l'exili serví per a la seva recuperació un cop acavada la dictadura. I el llarg camí que va portar a que un senyora Aguirre o uns senyors Camps o Valcarcel ara siguin presidents d'una cosa dita "comunitat autònoma" va començar amb la lluita per l'autogovern dels catalans (sí, i també de bascos i gallecs). I si d'aquí a uns mesos o anys murcians o asturians gestionen les seves rodalies de RENFE serà gràcies a que els catalans portem ja un grapat d'anys patint un servei que fot pena i que, finalment, el govern espanyol s'ha hagut d'avaixar del burro i admetre que, potser, ja som prou grandets com per saver-nos gestionar els trens i potser millor que els seus del·legats.
D'acord, California i Baviera aporten diners (diguem que tenen dèficit fiscal) a les arques federals, però amb dues condicions que aquí amb prou feines gosem somiar: transparència i control per part de l'estat envers al govern central. Aquí no tenim ni el control (el senat fa riure) i les contes no les volen ensenyar (porten 3 anys amb la excusa de no saber encara com calcular les balances fiscals i dels aeroports senzillament n'amaguen les dades sense cap excusa).
I jo mai he parlat de paràsits, sino de desagraïts. De gent que curra com mules n'hi ha a totes bandes. I el fet dels immigrants que vingueren als 70, com els meus pares, ni treu ni afegeix res al que jo he dit.
I, finalment, TV3... És la millor televisió de l'Estat Espanyol tot i el seu vergonyant seguidisme del Barça. Però sí, n'hauria de fer més cas de TOT l'esport que es fa a Catalunya i deixar-se de les animalades que s'han de pagar per retransmetre la lliga de futbol.

I disagree with your interpretation. There was never an independent country called Catalonia but for several centuries in the second millenium and in the same way there was never an independent Vasc Country in recent times. Said that, this is compatible with a referendum interrogating for the independence of Catalonia.
About the fact that now different local goverments will have control on some infrastructures and services thanks to Catalonia (and others), yes you are right. But I remind you three things:
1) in Catalonia, who makes those requests are not only those that consider themselves nationalistic but also those that do not consider themselves nationalistic. In other words, "most" people agree in having an optimal managment of the services. That includes many people that feel both Catalan and Spaniard, who are very happy that afterwards other Spaniards enjoy the same benefits.
2) there are always regions that are at the forefront of the social and economic changes: in Spain, in USA, etc... Great that Catalonia plays that role. It indicates "constant activity".
3) Spain has undergone one of the most remarkable process of transfer of responsabilities from the central goverment to the local governments. It is just part of the process. In 30 years, many things have been transferred. It is not what you say that Catalans are mature enough to manage some local services. The irrefutable truth is that after 30 years, the progress has been astonishing and many countries study the "Spanish case".
About the fact of the excess of effort of Catalonia. I agree that it should be the rule to have a clear accountancy. I disagree that the situation is as obscure as you state. The current situation in Catalonia is a combinantion of factors starting from the VERY BAD MANANGEMENT OF RESOURCES DURING THE TIMES OF NATIONALISTIC LOCAL GOVERMENTS. The two last terms of Mr. Pujol were fully wasted. A large responsability of the current situation corresponds to CiU.
About the unthankfulness of people of other parts of Spain towards Catalonia. I fully disagree and I think you have the typical attitude of many supporters of the independence of Catalonia: to generalize in order to reinforce your ideas and to claim that is impossible that Spain understands and respects Catalonia. You should listen less to the COPE radiostation. Tell me if in relation to the Ser radiostation anyone have said anything against Catalonia. I have had the opportunity to know many people from all over Spain and Catalans are in general very well considered and respected. That there are some ultra right wing people that hate Catalonia (Acebes and Co.), I agree but in the same way I have met people with (Catalan and Vasc) nationalistic views that are close to fascism. Also, how can you reconcile your statment with those of Catalans that have lived say at Madrid for job purposes and they have felt very well treated ? I know many. In fact, there are many Catalans related to liberal careers, clearly left wing, that work in Madrid and they always emphasize that the real world (in relation to the relationships between Catalans and other Spaniards) is much less problematic than fundamentalists (such those in PP or ERC) want to make others to believe.
You just follow of all nationalistic supporters: the worst is the situation, the better for justifying my goals. This is a trend shared by all nationalistic parties: from PP to ERC.
TV3 great? The manipulation performed through many TV shows by the nationalistic party CiU is well knwon (it was revealed 1-2 years ago). They were even deeming the journalist ase close or non close to their views. The ones close to their views stayed; the rest fired after a while. That trully reflect the quality of TV3. I have had the opportunity to see News programs from Cuatro and to be honest they are much more balanced that those from TV3. Also, in international contests, TV3 does not excel significantly more than other TV stations in Spain. There is no program in TV3 that has achieved the international recognition than "Al filo de lo imposible". Well, but I know that you supporters of the indpendence of Catalonia always believe to do things better than the rest (of Spaniards). Continue being that egocentric and blaming others and let's see how far you go.
